put his hand under your shirt on your boobs (or bra) then let him unhook it while you are kissing. touch around his neck softly and stuff.
after that if you still want to go further then while you are watching a movie at ur house or his or something take off ur clothes.

You have to move slowly 1st. If u go to quickly he wont catch up, and ull end up being the stupid one.
