If Clinton can be impeached for what he did, then Bush can be impeached for what he did. "I believed the intelligence was accurate" isn't an excuse when he does something as big as starting the US's first pre-emptive war. The problem with the whole Bush administration is that they do not deal in reality, but how to spin that reality to their best advantage. However, at this time, what's the point? Bush will be gone in 7 months even if he isn't impeached. And we'll still get Cheney as president unless he is impeached as well, which is a step backward, in my opinion. The Democrats are probably better off just letting the Lame Duck sit in his White House nest while they focus on the upcoming elections.

Let's see- Bush helped free over 40 milion people and it's a bad thing? Just because these guys are a different shade of skin makes them less valuable? less worthy of freedom?
You want to economise money? how about the bilions poured into that big hole in Boston? I'm in Poland- and even here we've heard of that piece of folly.
FYI- You did not HAVE to leave Vietnam with your tail between the legs. Your Democratic Congress made sure you did just that- after winning the war you just handed over 4 countries to the commies. My country was on the commie side at that time and we no longer counted how many "volunteers" went missing there.
Keeping your troops in the US did not stop the 9/11 attacks. You think that if you run away now, the enemies of the US will be laughing so hard that they will have no strength left to attack again?

You don't impeach someone just because you disagree with them politically. Do we want to start down this road? Do we want the Democrats to try to impeach every Republican President because we don't like them and their policies and do we want the Republicans to try to impeach ever Democrat President because we don't like them and their policies? Enough of the mudslinging on both sides. Contrary to what the media tries to say President Bush is not an idiot. He is extremely smart. He graduated from Yale and was a Pilot. I admit he is not a good speaker but that does not mean he is stupid. I'm speaking to Republicans and Democrats alike...we DON'T want to start this "Impeachment Ball" rolling. It's not what America wants or needs. Let's start finding some real solutions to the real problems that face America and work together to do what is right for this great nation of ours.

No. Just like Congress shouldn't have tried to impeach Clinton. Impeachment is not something that should happen every time one party controls Congress and the President is from the other.

well imoeached, no resigned yes. you have ti catch him dead guilty of a direct abstruction he has committed. He wants to ruin us as a super power. our troops are thin and alot of people hate us. I dont think e should pull out, but this war should have never happened on iraqs front, at least during this decade. Iraqs people are the victims not the enemy. people commonly think its about killing muslims when really its about protecting them. I am sure as hell in no support for the republican party, but dont listen to everything on the news. most of the things that go on in this war and what is about is not available to you and most people on these boards, so its hard to have an opinion. In bush's case, every move is so selfish, so lets get real here, unless he has true compassion for the iraqi people, hes not protecting them for the sake of greatness, its prolly a selfish reason.

This question has been asked over and over again by people who wouldn't know reality if it bit them in the butt. Give it a rest. Opinion is not or never will be (I hope) grounds for impeachment. At least you and your buddies can sit safely in your nice homes with the right to bytch about how you have been wronged. lol When you guys can give me proof on some impeachable offences then state your case please. Other wise this is just too boring for words.

This question is as old as "Am I pregnant?" or how about "AM I fat?" No Bush will not be impeached, he hasn't done anything wrong in Iraq. What would your new leaders do any different than what Bush is doing? Pull out, ooooh boy, that plan is brilliant. Lets pave the way so they can come here and start blowing us up. Why don't you wake up?

You have yet to list an impeachable offense. Just because you don't agree with him does not mean he should be impeached. Iraq was not in a "civil war" when we got involved. We had every right to go in because Saddam had failed for years to abide by the terms of the cease fire. I think that we should not have went in when we did. We needed to finish the job in Afghan. The fact is, if it does work out, it will be the boldest and best policy ever embarked on by our country. I think you fail to realize what is truly at stake here. Should FDR have been impeached when we lost 10,000+ in a single day of fighting in WWII? Impeachment is a very serious thing. I don't even think Clinton should have been impeached even though he did break the law. Being so cavalier about this issue is dangerous to the very principals that make our country great.

Bush is a satanic monster, and he should be impeached. But, he should be impeached after Cheney, or with him. Otherwise, you just have Cheney becoming Pres. Rumsfeld should also be tried for war crimes, and Condi and Colin for purgery at the UN.
9/11 was an inside job. Deal with it.
