....and are you satisfied with all the so called 'proofs' given by them for the same?

Modern scientists have given us a theory for the evidence we find. All evidence seem to point out to evolution but I assure you, no evidence can disprove creation. Evolution is just an interpretation of the evidence based on the preconceived idea that there is no God.

No they have not.

They are both scientific theories. You can not prove a scientific theory correct, only prove that it is wrong, or fail to prove it wrong.

The Theory of Evolution has been around now for over 100 years. In that time it has been modified slightly as new facts are discovered that it must accommodate but the basic tenant of new species appearing over time due to the cumulative effects of small changes still has not been proven false.

Similarly the Big Bang theory has not been proven false by any of the experiments done over the last 50+ years to test it.

Maybe some scientist will perform some experiment tomorrow that disproves one or even both theories, until then these theories explain all the known facts and make predictions that can be tested.

It has shown that evolution or something VERY similar is occurring.

The Big Bang Theory explains why ALL the matter in the universe is expanding rapidly outward from a single point in space.

I am as satisfied as I can be, keeping in mind that those theories are in very active fields of study and are prone to frequent refinement.

Yes and yes.

----

Shema:

Theories do not become Laws when they are proven. A theory is the highest standing in science.

A law is a mathematical formula describing the interaction of two or more entities. A theory may contain multiple laws.

The theory of thermodynamics contains four laws, Zeroth Law, First Law, Second Law, and Third Law, for example. Many modern physics books do refer to the theory and laws of thermodynamics this way.

Theories do not become laws when they are proven.

Evolution can be divided into two parts, macro and micro.

Micro evolution is a fact, where as macro evolution remains a theory due to debates on the exact steps of the evolutionary process. EVOLUTION DID HAPPEN we simply can’t trace the exact evolutionary steps of the of the 3 trillion plus species on earth.

Considering there is no way that we can even prove if we have located all the species on earth, this may always remain a theory. We can prove though, beyond a doubt, that humans have evolved.

We can trace it back conclusively 3.6 million years. 97% of all scientists accept evolution (so does the Catholic Church). Christians have spread lies about this excessively, they especially like to say evolution preaches that Humans evolved from monkeys.

Evolution does not state that humans evolved from monkeys, that idea is completely absurd. Science states that monkeys and humans evolved from a shared forefather and are hence relatives, (all primates are) but we are in no way direct descendants of them

Applause for eldad9. Nice to see a really meaty response in here that doesn't consist of a large chunk of the New Testament - and is also demonstrably correct.

Only ignorance, willing or genuine, will say "yes". There are so many holes in the evolution theory that it can not stand. Why is man so prone to deny the God that so desperately wants to save them? God does use a force of conscience for us to choose Him. To accept the evolution theory would be, literally, worse than me trading 1 million dollars for a pound of fool's gold, and it would plain as day go against every thing that I know to be true. Many desire not to retain a knowledge of the living God, and come not into light lest they be reproved for their deeds. The "meek and lowly" Jesus has nothing but pity for the poor souls that choose death, rather than eternal life, though, I must say that many who have professed to be Christ's have put Him to an open shame. "Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves", "And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it." Isa 28:15, 18. I use to be a complete heathen, on drugs, and every unclean and dispicable thing. No one would ever be able to convince me that when I sincerely gave my life to Christ, when I pleaded over the word of God, that everything that has happened afterward in my life has been by coincidence, the many miracles and blessings that have attended these things. They will only make themselves look more foolish in the eyes of those who know that Christ lives, because He dwells in them. The prophecies that have come to pass, and the testimonies, everything points to a loving Creator, if you will but seek and allow Him to show you.

The theories of evolution and an expanding universe explain much of observable reality. Something religion has failed to do for thousands of years.

No, these are theories which are born from observation. "The Earth is round" was once a theory too.

Some people reject science which conflicts with what they are taught about God. Some people reject God because it conflicts with what they are taught with science. Some people realize that faith and science and perfectly compatible.

The 3rd group just might save the world from itself

NO, modern science has not proved that we are evolved. It is nothing but a theory. But it is often taught as if it was proved, and people are so blind they believe it. More scientific thinking, please!
