Well best way woudl be to go talk with them and tell them how you feel about them and then find out if they fee the same about you. But be ready just in case of a rejection and them saying that they only want to be friends with you.

you can tell them..say, i love you..write them a card, or show them...or the best way is just to hang out and show your true love...

make it funny or something..unless its a serious moment then tell them you love them just like "i love you"
