PLEASE call your Veterinarian. Vomiting is not something to take lightly. And since your dog is also acting lethargic (weak) she is telling you that something is wrong. She needs to be seen by a Vet. Make sure you bring the bottle of pills with you (from which she swallowed) so your Vet can properly treat her.

You should take her to the vet!

I just don't really understand why you haven't already - if you want to know what is wrong with an animal, that's what you do! It couldn't possibly be more obvious could it?!

If she's very weak, you've already left it too long and jeopardized her health. It does sound like that tablet has poisoned her - so stop reading this message and start trying to save your dog's life!

Well it really depends on the kind of pill that she swallowed. Regardless, from the sounds of her symptoms you probably should take her to the vet and tell the vet what type of pill she swallowed.

take her to the vet as soon as humanly possible your dog is sick and the longer you wait the worse it will be. make sure you know what exactly she took. If you have the bottle take it with you. your dog sounds like she is dehydrated and could be going into kidney failure also she could suffer from liver failure. Both can and are fatal.

no questions about it. Get this dog to the vet ASAP, prolonging a vet visit for something this serious could be life threatening.
