If "soul" refers to the feeling part of you, then some could be moved by logic in an aesthetic way, but then would be engaging the emotions which are not logical, so for logic to soothe the soul, it would be based on a process in which a logical response is excluded. All feelings are illogical. Logic is an invention, feeling is immediate experience.

Depends on what logic you use.
E=MC square will never soothe my soul. Ever.
Thinking about the fact that every day 30,000 innocent children die of starvation and Aids, helps me in a weird way. It always reminds me that I shouldn't whine about petty things.
It also reminds me of that fact that it's actually a horrible way to soothe my soul.

In a way it works...
So called negative emotions have a reason.
Anger strengthens us to right a wrong.
Frustration energizes us to organize something and/or make it more efficient.
By extension when wrongs are righted and things are organized I am calmed. In a way logic can soothe my soul.

I know a girl who tries to solve everyone else's problems with logic. She shows them why they shouldn't be feeling what they are feeling, and then declares them cured. Mostly they aren't very impressed.
I found it helpful to examine my religious beliefs using logic - not to prove them, but to show that they weren't contradictory and I wasn't an idiot for believing what I do. It can also be helpful to use reason to figure out why you're feeling the way you do. But mostly I get to the point where I have to say "it's not rational for me to feel this way, but I do."
Oh yeah, after studying too much Continental philosophy it can be quite soothing to read something that's written clearly and logically.

Yes it does. I used to be dreadfully afraid of thunderstorms, because I was sure that, every time there was one, a tornado would soon follow. I was even afraid if it was simply overcast! So I did some research and learned about the conditions that cause tornadoes and what the warning signs are, so I could look at the weather and say to myself "Nope, not humid enough" or whatever. I used logic to get rid of my fear.

I find a cup of tea does that quite well. It's hard to argue with the soothing power of a cup of tea.
Logic alone is not sufficient for much. It has to be applied with emotion and intuition before meaning and understanding *might* result.

Yes, if by logic you mean an understanding of how future events will play out based on past experience. Some may perceive that as arrogance
or confidence.

No, because we expect things to be logical and after all things are never logical unless its within your own world.
You can't assume someone else will act logically. Entire countries - well, you and me are lucky we still have countries.
