So why did you allow him to do this to you? Don't let him near you again, if he in fact do this. It is not right.

That is how the Orthodox baptize their babies. They dunk them completely under the water three times in a large tub of water.

I've never heard of that. What church is this? This makes me wonder if your question is to cause a lot of controversy.
In the Roman rite of the Catholic Church baptism is performed by pouring water across the forehead. In the Eastern Rites they immerse.

Gee, I would say NO to that question....I went to a Catholic Baptism once, and it was nothing like that...I think you need to question this as is to WHY!!!
