There are many different types of seizures and many different causes. Some seizures are very subtle to where only you are aware of them others are when a persons entire body reacts. There can be neurological reasons or metabolic reasons for seizures. Or those caused by head trauma. If not caused by trauma some people say they see an aura and "feel it coming on". Some have a chance to prepare for it- moving to a safe spot and others have no warning.
What you are describing is most likely not a seizure. It may be nerves/stress, a pinched
nerve - a neurological reason. Of course only your doctor can determine the cause.

Check with your doctor, and see about a referral to a neurologist.

Seizures are caused usually by brain injuries, or the cumulative effect of minor strokes or TIAs (Transient Ischemic Attacks). Ischemia is an interruption in the blood flow.

There are degrees of seizures. My son had them due to a traumatic brain injury (TBI), and he'd just blank out for 30 seconds to 20 minutes, and continue the conversation like nothing happened. It was like his brain had a pause button.

Some people experience strange sounds, smells, or lights that arent' there just before a seizure, but there's no fixed rule here.

See your doctor; you can't get a complete and accurate answer here.

Several things can cause siezures. The most common is just epillepsy. However, you should get yourself checked out. How old are you? Chances are you aren't having a siezure. Your hand shaking could be a sign of some other things, but you should definantly see your doctor or maybe talk to a doctor/nurse that you know on a friendly basis.

Sometimes that's how mine start out too, but there are other possible reasons for it, like medication, low blood pressure, or low blood sugar. I don't feel a lot of the onsets of mine, but sometimes I'll get a feeling like I'm going to be sick to my stomach, and afterward I feel clammy and sleepy.
