Um. that's not healthful. you're working your thank you to anorexia - and opposite to commonplace theory, you'll be anorexic with out finding like a twiggy waif. first of all, lose the laxatives; they're taking meals away out of your physique. And consume greater, much greater. approximately three times greater. shop on with a 2000-calorie nutrition ordinary; choose for salads with out dressing and different healthful ideas, replace bread/pasta with something else. And exercising virtually on a daily basis, not basically on the weekends. 0.5 an hour an afternoon, six days a week is greater helpful than 4 hours each Sunday. cardio, including working and cycling, will burn off fat. Weight exercises like pushups and crunches will build muscle, and greater muscle burns off greater fat. reducing your calorie intake might artwork to decrease your weight before everything, yet finally you will the two make your self quite unwell or pile the burden returned on. Your physique gets used on your low skill nutrition ordinary and decelerate your metabolism, to boot as consume away at your modern muscle tissues, greater slowing down the fee at which you burn your physique fat. All in all, a downward spiral.

It's not the calories as much as what you eat. You should be eating frequently in small amounts so that your body can easily burn food rather than trying to process lets say 3 plates from the buffet at the local chinese place. Depending on your weight you should be probably taking in at least 1600 cals a day assuming you work out often. Good luck

You should look into the "Body For Life" diet. It helps increase your metabolism. It has a diet plan along with a workout plan. But you get one day each week where you are allowed to eat whatever you want and it still works! I know people who have been on it and really loved it.

NO! that's the biggest mistake you can do darling! Don't gain a pound or two for every one you've lost. Keep it up. Don't "treat" yourself over the weekend. Keep having the willpower and you will lose your five pounds but don't lose focus. Remember, its so easy to gain, but so hard to lose.

I went totally vegetarian, and for one meal a week I'd go nuts - pie, cake, ribs - whatever, both for the nutrients AND for my sanity.

I detail it in my blog on MYSPACE.COM/THEDAVEZONE
