People who pull out right in front of me, when there is nobody behind me, and then proceed to go five mph under the speed limit.

There are so many but for right now number one with a bullet has to be the cell phone people. These are the ones that go about 5-10 below the speed limit and when you finally get the chance to pass them up, they are ALWAYS blabbing on a cell phone. A close second would be the asswipes who cut you off at a high rate of speed.

The only annoyance that really makes me curse is when cars are stopped in front of a crosswalk, obviously for someone to cross, and someone zooms on through anyway.

My brother saw a pedestrian get hit this way. Car in lane #1 is stopped, car in lane #2 is stopped, and a lady came roaring through lane #3 and hit the pedestrian, a schoolgirl on her way home from school. My brother and the other driver who had stopped immediately got out of their cars. The lady who hit the schoolgirl stopped, all in a panic. Asked why she went through the crosswalk when other drivers were stopped, she said she hadn't noticed them stopped.

Folks pulling out in front of me and going really slow-especailly when there was nobody behind me and they could have waited!
Folks driving way slow in the fast lane or not bothering to move into the right lane when they clearly see there is a line of cars behind them.
Anyone cutting me off in any form.
Anyone not doing the speed limit and I am stuck behind them.

I'm sure there's more~just can't think of any right now :)

People who pull out into the turn lane like it's an on ramp. I never know if they are going to pull out in front of me or not. There have been times when I needed to get into the turn lane and they cut me off because they just couldn't wait until it was clear. Also, when I'm taking my kids to school and people stop in the middle of the road to let their kids out. Pull over to the side so you don't stop the flow of traffic.

People that almost cause accidents because they are too busy talking on the cell phone, putting on make-up, smoking, or doing other things to pay attention to th road.

People that feel they have the right to endanger others by driving crazy because they did not give themselves enough time to get to where they are going.

-people who drive way under or over the speed limit
-people who over-use their horn (my feeling is that it should only be used in emergencies, not if you're impatient, which is what most people use it for)
-people who slow down to a near stop before putting on their turn signal
-no turn signal whatsoever
-people who drive with turn signal on (no intention of turning or already turned!)
-people who ride my bumper and don't pass when the opportunity arises

When someone suddenly changes lanes without signalling !!

Without realising it, this is bad manners and discourteous, just like jumping queues or bumping into someone without saying "excuse me"... It costs nothing to signal, yet this is the most under-utilised feature in the car!
