Don't. Don't ever buy a dog sight unseen. Not to mention, this is a scam that people are doing to steal your money.

I will save you some $$ send me ten bucks and I will not send a dog of any breed you wish me to not send.
There is a known scam selling pups from west africa or even giving the for cost of shipping (miraculously low cost too). They take the money dont ship dog. If you are really eager they will happly take another payment for extra raised shippping costs and not send dog.....

dont do it, have you checked yahoo pets, dogs lately ? nobody is from where they advertise its mostly fraud when they give you a dog for the cost of shipping, i have sold pups all over the world and it cost a great deal of money and time ex. japan is a rabies free country, therefore you must have a rabies titer test $ 225.00
it takes 5 mos to complete test , local and fda health certificate $ 50.00, shipping $1200 and quarentine for up to 6 mos are you sure you who you are dealing with ? if so go to the FDA website

Again, you don't, unless you live locally and are able to actually meet these dogs before agreeing to purchase them. You need to know exactly what you are getting into.
