Which would be cuter on top with bright red on bottom? Dark brown or light (almost white) blonde?

I've done the red and blonde look, very adorable. I suggest getting lots of layers so the red peaks through.

White blonde for sure! I've always wanted to do something similar but have never gotten up the guts to defy my husbands request for at least natural colors... I think the white would flatter the red better. Brown would make it look more goth and punk, and the white more sexy and mysterious.

I saw this girl the other day who had dark hair and bright red tips...she looked awesome! I think you should try the red tips with dark brown, it's really cool and cute.

Can your skin tone take the blonde? Put a blonde "swatch" near your face. If it doesn't wash you out I'd go for the blonde! Either sounds good and really cute but go with what skin tone you have.
The idea of the blonde kind of reminds me of Gwen Stefani!!!

I definitely think the light blonde-if you've been blonde before. If not, make sure blonde will work on your hair so it doesn't wind up orange!! Good luck with whatever you decide...

it kinda depends on whether u wanna be blonde or brunette, i think the red would definitely stand out more with light blonde on top..it just depends on what image you're going for.
