Because Mormons teach many languages to their missionaries they have a high percentage of Mormon's in international government; but I do not know of any preventative work done at 9/11.

Perhaps the ones that are in the CIA and such agencies that do that (along with people of all other religions and beliefs in those agencies).
I am LDS, and I haven't heard anything that our church has done to prevent attacks - all I know is that we've done a lot to provide humanitarian aid to victims (and their families) of attacks.

Well... there are many Mormons is the CIA... so in a way yes... other than that I don't know.
