Those who created that website are blind fools who don't know what they're doing.

They're laughing at us today, we will laugh and feel sorry for them in the Day of Judgment.

It is really sad that the fundamentalist wackos have so marred the past. The Arab world has a long and noble history and Islam itself has many great things that the world could learn but it always seems that the wackos get heard (Evangelical Christians, Terrorist Muslims etc).
Any idiot can put their opinion on a website, there isn't use in deleting it. You can make one of your own or ignore it. That person wants to spread hatred, it is always sad when someone spreads drivel but you have to learn to ignore it. There are many stupid, crazy and completely worthless websites.

Well see friend, here's the thing.

He's not breaking any laws by his site being up. He is not threatening to harm anyone's life or wellbeing, and he is not running an on-line scam or trying to con anyone into sending him money. He can voice his opinion all day and all night as long as he has the money to keep his site up.

It's just like the "remote control principle". If you are watching a show on TV you don't like, turn the channel or turn off the TV. Same applies with the WWW. You can easily surf elsewhere or turn off the PC.

Listen man, I'm not trying to be sarcastic or "smart", I am just trying to save your heart attack. It's not that serious. Guy, if you think prophet of doom's site is bad, hoo boy, I know about 30 others that would really send you into cardiac arrest.

I acknowledge your right to believe as you do. Not everyone believes that, though, and even fewer will co-sign off that your faith is as you see it, because they have met with their own experiences. A lot of folks, myslelf included, are a bit put off by Islam's status of women. Those of us who have lived in Islamic countries have the right to have an opinion of this. Positive, negative or ambivalent.

What do you propose 'we' do about the site? If you try and get him removed, he can sue you for libel and harrassment, and violation of his freedom of speech. Tread lightly. Also, it's good to remember, not everyone will respect your religion or like it, or see it as you do. Just live and let live. As long as no one is causing you bodily harm or financial distress, live and let live.

It would be a lot easier to do something about the site, but way too many people take it to be the truth about Islam.

Here's a quote taken from that site:

"Even though anyone who claims to be a Muslim is by definition not being reasonable, these people will hopefully never totally submit to Allah and lose all their sensibilities along with their souls."

I posted a few against terrorism and they were deleted too.

I can go find a thousand anti-Christian etc sites but you see, I don't base my ways on that because I know those are biased sites.

Its really not my responsibility to do something about a website spreading rumor and untruth. If that were the case, I would probably spend more time trying to disolve Christianity and Islam as rumor and untrue.

Moderate Christians, Muslims, and Jews can claim all they want that they are peaceful, this does not change the fact that their 'holy' books are filled with violence, oppression, and intolerance.

Do what? We have freedom of speech here, unlike in Islamic countries.

Btw: Please stop spreading the lie that the way women are treated in Islam is cultural. It is not. Secular Arabs do NOT behave like that.
