Your head unit doesn't provide enough power to supply the subs. If you want to use them you will need an amplifier especially since there are 2 subs to power. My recommendation is to buy a 2 ch mono amplifier to power your subs. You'll need also the wiring kit for the amp, fuse holder, and power and speaker wires. In the case you want connect the amplifier to your front and rear speaker too, then you need a 4 ch or better then, a 5 ch amplifier so you can connect a every speaker to its own channel to achieve better sound quality.
For amplifier, subwoofer installation, wiring diagrams go to this site:

If the head unit doesn't have a subwoofer output, you can use the front or rear pre-amp outputs. Most people use the rear. You just have to be sure the amplifier has its own built-in crossover (nearly all of them do).

If your head unit doesn't have any pre-amp outputs at all, then you'll need a device called a line-out converter or you'll need an amplifier with speaker-level inputs.

It`s not recommended to DO it yourself..cause you`re now playing with the circuitry lines of your vehicle which could cause some minor or major damages unless you know what you`re doing...have it done by a professional..who will walk you through the whole process..or you can...read up...and study and try it..:)...good luck
