Are you sucking on this product? If you look on the box it tells you when you should throw it away. If you don't have the box I wouldn't use it on your teeth at all, maybe try tooth paste, it has to taste better and be cheaper.

First, I assume you mean expiration date. And, secondly, I would not use it on my teeth if I were you.
