I'm 11 yrs old and I don't have a small frame but it is NOT big either, it's more of a medium frame.

you're only 11, please enjoy your childhood, don't even think about your weight too much, your body will change once you hit puberty... Just enjoy you life, play with the sun, and have fun... Good Luck!!!

I would need to c a picture of u. I am 6'2" 270 pounds easy. I am the son of an ex NFL linebacker. My mother is a 5'11 diva. I played outside linebacker in college. My hat size is 8. My shoe size is 14. My shirt size is xxl. My arms are 18 inches around. My neck size is 181/2. My sleeve length is 37. My waste is 40". I don't weight lift anymore. My size is natural. The reason that I gave you all of this info is to show that those freakin weight, age, height charts are so wrong. Because sometimes people are just extra big naturally. With a six pack I'm 260. The stupid charts say that I should weigh 210. I weighed 210 when I was a 16 year old high school football and basketball star. My doc says I'm fit. Maybe you need to go to your doc to find out if you are overweight.

If you don't look fat ~~ then you're not! What you do have, tho, is low self esteem. If you have to ask, then you need to focus more on being happy with yourself.
Based on the info you gave, you are not overweight, and if you at least think you don't look fat, then that is a first step towards a higher self esteem. Just keep going in that direction and don't let anyone tell you different.
Make sure that if you think you need to lose weight that you do it for the right reasons (you and your health) not because of some outside influence.

I don't think so, I'm 5ft 31/2 and weigh 147lbs and I don't feel over weight and I don't look fat. I am 36 30 38 I am older and I wear my weight very well and you are just fine the way you are,as long as you don't feel heavy to yourself stay as you are.

You don't appear overweight, but you MAY be overfat. We can't tell that from looking at your weight. How is your body fat % and measurements? How do your clothes fit? Do you wear a large size relative to your frame? That's what really matters.

It should be more about how you feel..do you have energy, do you feel fit and healthy instead of the way you look. When you have the feel good attitude it reflects in your appearance and your body starts to change to what your self image is. So, picture yourself exactly as you want to look (being realistic of course) and you will start to see yourself grow up into that person.

I don't think so. I am 5'4" and I WISH I was 127 lbs! You're fine, stop worrying about it. If you don't "look" fat, then don't obsess about it. Just keep eating healthy and exercise. You'll be fine.

That can only be determined based on your own frame and your body mass index. Muscle is heavier than fat. If you carry more muscle you will weigh more but you will not look fat.

No your weight is in the normal range. Your BMI (body mass index) is 22.5. Any number between 18.5 and 24.9 for an adult is considered normal. So don’t worry about it.

Your weight sounds good for your height and age. I would just try to not get any heavier. Just be active and eat healthy, and good luck.
