Why would God not offer concrete proof that he exists? Surely, if He wanted to lead people onto the right path he wouldn't keep his existence open to debate? Wouldn't he just come down from Heaven, prove He is real, and then this would make all of man believe?
And before anyone mentions Jesus, I mean why doesn't he come down TODAY? Also, the Saints and everything else don't count...People want to see the real deal!

I'm not talking about creation or life or anything like that! I'm talking about the ACTUAL physical God that made it all!

There is no historical precedent for believing that God demands that you believe in Him based on FAITH alone. In the Bible, He supposedly showed Himself to people ALL THE TIME. He couldn't get enough of showing Himself to people. People almost couldn't get away from Him. The idea that you need to believe in God based SOLELY on faith came about because God completely "stopped" showing Himself. All evidence of Him dropped off the face of the Earth as science began to explain phenomena that used to be attributed to God. Then people started to say that He didn't NEED to show himself, and you're obligated to just have "Faith".

1. You cant see him clearly if you are in a life of sin ( without holliness no man shall see the lord), or have grieved the holy spirit and havent repented
2. Make sure your not limited him to be shown in a certain way instead of being open of how hes gonna show up
3. You cannot use natural senses. Such as your natural eye to see him, you need to walk in the spirit ( Faith)
4. Majority of the times he is moving when it seems like hes not
5. When you cant see him, thats when he is there the most
6. He shows up while storms and trouble is in your life
7. You cannot see him if you see everybody else

So...like what planet are U from??? If God "came down" (& He Did) U would call Him an "Alien", not God because U and most of mankind have "hardened Ur hearts" and if He slapped U upside the head U wouldn't believe!!! Oh...I forgot ...U WILL BELIEVE once U become a citizen in Hell!!! But then it will be too late won't it??? John

why would he bother to prove himself? that's how he tests the faith of a believer, that even if He doesnt shows Himself, he still believes coz he feels, that is God's amazing power, that even He doesnt shows any literal proof, he could make men feel Him.

So you want to have no choice in the matter? If God himself stuck His head in and said "Oh btw, I'm here, really." You'd die when you saw Him. Your body can't handle looking at Him. And your children would be in the EXACT same place you are asking the exact same question you are. They want to see it for themselves too. You were told already. If you read scripture you would know what to look for and know it's the truth. I've given many examples just of these times that the bible spoke of. And He has revealed himself through the pages of the Bible. Read it, and He will be there! You can't read it and not see Him.

when God created man He did come to the garden and walked and talked with them . it was when adam and eve chose to go their own way that He had to seperate Himself from us. God is perfect and Holy we are not ,but one day it will be that way again, He will come be with us here on earth. He waits so that all will have a chance to choose. it's like a parent, you have two kids they listen and sometimes they don't. one day they do realize that the things you told them were true.they fight among themselves and parents wait until they have to step in to keep them from destroying other.

People did see the "real deal" - he came and lived among us and still they didn't know him.
God does not keep himself a mystery...it is our sin that keeps us from seeing him. We live in the unnatural world...he lives in the natural (aka supernatural).
We were created to live with him in his world...but sin drove us away from him. He is as he always was...we are the blind that cannot see. You must reach out in faith and you will find him.

When Jesus was here, on this earth, most did not believe Him. Why do you think they would now?
