But I am unsure which version to dowload as some of them seem to require faster processor's..Thanks for any help.

Adobe Reader doesnt ask for high PC spec, most PC can use this software. I think latest version is Adobe Reader 8.

For Adobe Reader I dont think it should really matter. I would just go with the latest version out there.

The easiest way to do that is to download it from www.downloads.com.

Last I knew that site installed a tracking cookie on your PC which checks basic system config and then tailors search results to match your system.
