well i personally dont believe Jesus was anything divine.. but i would still believe in god if there wasnt such a thing as heaven.

Think you're missing the point m'dear - if there was no heaven then there would be no God therefore Jesus wouldn't have come to earth. Lets put it this way, I would rather spend 2 minutes with Jesus than the rest of my life without Him.

Now that I know Him? Yes. I follow Him because of who He is, not what He will give me. I don't even know what my reward there will be, besides getting to heaven that is. I don't follow for heaven, I follow because of who He is and what He has done.
