Top off seven virtues in 2Peter 1:7 with "charity" never fails.
For many try to top such off with Mt 22: 36-40 "love" oft fails.
Yes, "God is love", but it's further clarified as "perfect love".
The law law love in Mt 22 is NOT perfect, but IMPerfect.
The law demands perfection, but can't make any perfect.
Grace is perfection, and makes no such law law demands.

The Bible says we came into this world with nothing, so when we die, what good is it "---if we gain the whole world and lose our own soul ? "
