i know the recipe for rice krispie treats is pretty simple..but i cant remember it :) so i need the recipe for those...and im also looking for a simple..low ingredient recipe for homemade vanilla ice cream :) ive seen a few..but not to my liking..i do not own a double boiler or a ice cream machine. if you know any other simple recipes for some treats i would really appreciate it..my bf has a 24/7 sweet tooth :) thanks

Forget the rice krispie treats and make Scotcharoos

In a large pan on your stove,

Heat 1 cup of sugar
1 cup of Light Corn syrup
1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter

When that comes to a boil, and it will be a slow boil, immediately remove from heat and add 6 cups of Rice Krispies, put in a buttered or non stick sprayed 9x13 pan and press it down so the top is flat

When that is cool, melt a half a bag of milk chocolate or semi sweet chips and 1/2 bag of butterscotch chips and pour over the treats.

Do you have a blender? Ok fun sweet treat is to put in in the blender, add some milk or half/half, flavoring like vanilla or chocolate or mint, add some chocolate chips if you want (not a lot), and a touch of honey if you want it sweeter. Blend away in short spurts. You may have to add a touch more milk though to make it creamy. If an adult you can add your favorite liquor but cut down on the milk.

Rice crspy treats are made with whipped marshmallows and rice crispies and a little simple syrup. You heat the marshmallows together with the simple syrup until creamy and add the rice crispies and spread it on a pan to cool.
The ice cream you just use some whole milk and some cream about 2 to 1 and add 1 cup of sugar and flavoring, vanilla, choc. etc.
Chocolate chip cookies are fun and brownies.
You know with all this sugar your BF is going to look like Rosie O'Donnell in about 2 weeks, you really need to only eat snacks in moderation.

RICE KRISPIE SQUARES:

1/4 cup butter
40 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
5-6 cups rice krispies

Melt butter and marshmallows together over low heat
Add vanilla
Pour over rice krispies and mix well
Place into a buttered 9x11 pan



SWEET MARIE BARS:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter
2 cups rice krispies
1/2 cup peanuts

Heat slowly the sugar,peanut butter and corn syrup
Add butter and stir in
Remove from heat and add rice krispies and peanuts
Place in buttered 8x8 pan

Ice with melted chocolate chipits and chill

BETTER THAN SEX CAKE!
1 box basic choc. cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tub cool whip
1 jar of caramel ice cream topping
Bake the cake in a 9x13 pan. Pull from oven and take straw or chopsick and poke full of holes..pour cond. milk over top and spread around to soak in, do the same to the caramel. Cool completely and frost with cool whip!

This cake makes the bestest leftovers...if it lasts thta long!

its called gettin in ur car driving to store buying a gallon of it and taking it home getting a scoop and scooping it. i am very good at that if i might say so myself!!!!!
