Like any doctor, you will need 4 years of pre-med undergraduate study followed by four years of medical school. You are not really supposed to pick a specialty such as dermatology until you have completed your internship at a hospital and have begun your residency. Good luck!

A dermatologist is an MD who has specialized in diseases of the skin.

That's 4 years pre-med, 4 years medical school, a one-year internship and then a residency of however long it takes to specialize in dermatology.
