Depends. If they are non-native Greeks who are drawn to the Greek pantheon, then "neopagan" would be appropriate, or "Hellenic Pagan".
If they are Greeks who follow the ancient religion of their country, then "Ethnikoi Hellenes" (Ethnic Hellenic) would probably be the right term.

They generally refer to themselves as Pagans. Many Wiccan covens embrace the Greek Pantheon, and they, being of the Wiccan faith, refer to themselves as "Wiccans" or "Witches" depending on when and where they got their religious training. What people outside their faith is largely irrelevant to them. I've heard the term Olympian Pagan used, referring to the point that an individuals personal Patron Deity(s) may be Greek but not include Zeus, who is, in my own experience, one of the least worshiped members of that Pantheon.

Hellênismos - or Hellenic Polytheism - is a reconstructionist form of Paganism inspired by the ancient religions, culture, and philosophy of Greece.

I would call them,"misguided." They are just as clueless as Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Muslims, etc. Tried to think of a humorous answer, but religion just kind of ticks me off at the moment.
