You can make your own chips or wedges, you need a good non stick baking tray and fry light, cut the potatoes into chips or wedges, give them a good spray with fry light and cook on gas mark 7 for 25 - 35 minutes depending on their size. These are healthy. Shame the pizza isn't ! Enjoy.

Salad! Nice crunchy salad with cucumber and tomatoes! Some people have pasta which makes no sense to me but there you go!
Homemade pizza is the best and it actually is healthy for you! :o)

Order a vege pizza without the cheese (if you can stand it) and a green salad on the side.

you want ot have as many fresh veggies on it, and thin crust is healthier than thick crust. Also if you are buying a pizza when you are about to eat it take a paper towel and literally let is absorb the grease on top, i heard that takes off like half the fat

A fresh salad of your choice, or if that doesn't hit the spot, how about a cold french bean salad with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil tossed together in a light olive oil, vinegar and french mustard dressing...

salad would be my choice, too, but nothing too fancy!
Just some romaine with maybe some green onions, some thin slices of carrot and a homemade vinaigrette...yum!
