your Body Mass Index is 22.83. This is a healthy weight, a BMI rating of 20-24 is considered healthy. A more accurate measure of health is the waist to tallness ratio. When you divide your waist in inches by your height in inches it should be 0.52 or less.
Based on your weight and height though you are perfect weight. Don't change a thing.
Ande Dee you are being a bit harsh, also this person is obviously not from North America since they are measuring their weight in stones and finally her question did not ask about superficial appearance, it was asking if she was healthy. Take some deep breaths and relax.

No your not fat, now do your homework.
If you had in health class you wouldn't need to ask such stupid questions on yahoo.
North America is pre-occupied with weight issues, and it will KILL US ALL.
The rest of the world is sick and tired of us, we are all so self-centered on REALLY STUPID STUFF like our weight being possibly a size too big.
People are starving in other countries!
Get your face off of yahoo and study! So the North America can hold its own in the next decades.
Be happy you have a choice in what you eat, lay off the fast food, exercise, and study. Study a lot. Cause we need smart people to fix our damaged creditability and our environment.

Theres just a few little things you can do to lose weight and feel better about yourself.
Exercise daily, just walks or some crunches and push ups.
Don't drink soda, limit coffee to one cup a day (I dont' know if you do but I'm a teen and I drink coffee..), don't have cream or sugar in your coffee, if youcan handle it, just put in splenda and maybe a tiny bit of milk.
Slowly cut out sweets, have an apple instead. Or some other fruit. You can have sweets sparingly but dont make them a staple part of your diet.
Eat slowly, and drink lots of water while your eating. You won't eat as much
These tips WILL help you lose weight AND feel better. I changed my lifestyle to this and I lost weight and I have more energy!

the appropriate weight for a 5'7" female is 122-149 lbs counting on your physique. i don't think of you may desire to lose any greater weight, you probably in basic terms would desire to tone. flow to the gymnasium, use their kit, do crunches and situps. yet do not lose anymore weight! you do not desire to finally end up anorexic. Plus in case you lose too a lot weight you will not have any muscle tone on your abdomen and it won't look excellent. The link to appropriate physique mass is under....

You are still young and still developing so don't get too concerned about your weight. Focus more on the amount of exercise you get each day. Are you active or do you sit in front of the computer most of your free time? Get up, be active and you will be fine.
