What do i do if i have a thing for my friend but don't know how to tell him about it?

So what kind of "thing" you are talking about it could be anything .....when you say thing.....I am assuming you like this guy ...awww...simple give him the eye and touch he will find out...1> Make a eye contact with him. 2>Look away when he looks in your eyes r 3> Let him know that he is special...Its that simple

Just bring it up in some way, and tell him how you feel. Just understand that it could go either way. He could feel the same, and you two could be great together. Or he could freak out and you lose the friendship.
In situations like this, especially if he's a really good friend, it's sometimes better to leave the situation as it is and see what happens naturally.

take some time and found out if the feelings are real and if he has the same feelings for you (sometimes you just cant tell that sort of thing tho) but after you are certain the feelings are real then tell him......one bad breakup tho and you could lose him as a bf/friend depending on the type of person he is

you will never know how he feels about you until you break the ice and tell him. Honesty is the best policy. Whats the worst case scenerio, your going to find out he isn't interested? Then you can move on.

Get a friend to ask him about it.
Or if you want to act like an adult, tell him. Make it 'non chalant' and no big deal, but ask.
