No, usually fasting is not required for a thryoid test - assuming you are talking about blood work. If you are talking about a nuclear scan or ultrasound of your thyroid, best to ask your doctor!

THERE IS NO NEED TO FAST FOR A THYROID TEST, UNLESS YOUR DOCTOR GAVE YOU SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO FAST.
