Aww its ok! i did the same thing yesterday as well! I cant even remember how many cookies i had...probably a lot ..and i had an icecream bar as well...lol i felt guilty after ward...I always do when i eat foods im not supposed to..dont worry about it, just dont do it often and youll be ok, its ok to indulge yourself sometimes, just dont over do it, if ya know what i mean hehe ;)

Lifes not worth living without cookies every now and again. Don't worry. Stress is way worse for you and your weight than those sweets ever will be. Just pick up your healthy habits again from here. Obviously, you needed a brief holiday from your diet.

Don't stress over it. You should give your self a treat once a week so you won't feel deprived. It's not that bad. I have something that I like once or twice a week, but I make sure to put in a few extra min. at the gym. Ok. smile

Well yeah that was a rather large dessert but it's not the end of the world. It's nothing a good old fashioned walk can't fix. Never underestimate the power of walking. I promise you it does wonders.

throw the juck food away.....NOW if you want to get fit you have to have some control.... don't feel guilty it happends to the best of us, but seriously do some jumping jack fast & eat some rice crakers instead, they are yummy & good for you

like me, i don't have any junk food in my house, well none that I can tell, no chips, cookies, etc. You should tell your friend/family member to hide them, so you don't find it. It worked for me =]

Girl dont worry about it...every woman slurges once in a while. Just dont do it everday because you will gain weight.

everyone messes up now and then. just watch what you eat really closely for the next few days to make up for it and maybe exercise a bit more.
