I'm thinking that perhaps the real problem here is that you might be using the same spices or sauces over and over again for all your meats, whether its beef, chicken, or pork. Although I tend to use the same rub for different meats and poultry, I believe that each one has its own distinctive flavor. Nevertheless, here are some thoughts for your chicken:

1. Marinate it in Italian salad dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste before grilling or baking.
2. Believe it or not, Shake and Bake for Chicken is great!
3. Shred cooked chicken for salads or mix with barbecue sauce and serve with hot rolls.
4. Creative sauces using white wine and dijon mustard will enhance the flavor without overpowering it.
5. Consider baking chicken with quartered artichoke hearts and feta cheese.
6. Serve chicken with a variety of side dishes such as glazed carrots, fresh green beans, fresh asparagas, mashed potatoes, spinach salad et al.
7. The rotisserie chickens you can purchase already cooked are great time savers as well as good to have on hand for snacking.
8. Consider using stuffing in your chicken to impart a "thanksgiving" flavor.
9. Seasonings such as Poultry Seasoning, Sage, Thyme, Tarragon, and Basil bring out chicken's great flavors.
10. When you go to your favorite restaurant, order the chicken and then ask the chef how he made it.

Good luck! And, remember, chicken's have wings, cows have hooves!

The only chicken that I know that tastes like beef is Chicken Fried Steak. Perhaps you need to check with your grocer or butcher and make sure you are getting chicken and not beef.

I have never had chicken that tasted like beef. What I would do is cook the chicken with Swanson Chicken Broth along with other seasonings of your choice.

Chicken doesn't taste like beef at all. But if you think so add spices like basil, garlic, onion, to the paste or, water or, the roast or rub.
