You have options as far as a "cure" goes. You have already taken the first step by recognizing that something is not right .
Next, you need to take charge and do something. Find a counselor that you get along with and work with that counselor!
S/he may suggest a mental health assessment, or refer you to a psychiatrist. Don't be afraid to follow through with recomendations!
Stick with it!
No one is going to "cure" you, but rather empower you to help yourself.

I have always heard that people that are going crazy never recognize their problem. If so, you are safe! You have made a big step by asking a simple question. We all need others in our lives. Do you have family or a close friend you can talk with? There can be so many things that are causing you to feel this way. I suggest you seek medical help. There are so many good treatments for those of us who fall in this trap. Good luck and God Bless.

By definition insanity is to repeat the same action repeatedly and expecting a different result. ie. touch the hot stove and expecting other than to be burned. ln your case i'd reccomend a physical exercise regime a healthy balanced diet and a weekly appointment with a prostitute.
