when i click on my other desk top items they open but not my mp3 i paid for life time membership i have even tried to open from the start menu it will not please someone help with suggestions or an answer that will work thanks

right click on that icon and goto properties,click find target/location.
it will open the folder highlighting the application where it is installed .press enter it must work.

If I'm understanding your question.. Your MP3-ROCKET is opening.. Just not finding your songs. You might just have to re-adjust mp3rockets settings to point to where your songs actually are. It maybe looking in a folder where there are no songs. Hope that helps.
