The first two rule-outs which come to mind are depression and social anxiety disorder. Both medication and psychotherapy are very helpful in managing these conditions. I really encourage you to seek help. You CAN improve your life, but you've got to be willing to do what it takes to get there.
Hang in there,

It seems like you need a change of pace. We all need others in our lives. I am wondering if you are stressed. And too, several of your problems indicate that you are depressed. When we are depressed, we get lots of physical problems too. First, I suggest you get a walking pattern. Exercise helps in so many ways. If the symptoms continue, do consult your Doctor. Good luck.

Some of it is caused by being an extreme introvert. the others not to sure, you need to go to a doctor and have them help you. They can be made better, so you can go out and make friends like at a church or youth group some place like that.
Lots of luck.

Iam not a doctor, but it sounds like depression. Schedule a visit with your doctor and tell him or her what you have said here. Then make up a plan to alleviate these symptoms.

sounds like depression to me. what you're feeling is SIMILAR to what i felt for a while when i was first diagnosed with it MINUS paranoia, silliness, light headed and problems walking. i was on a med for a while afterwards but my doctor and i agreed to wean myself off of it and i work through my depression with like forcing to focus and finding ways that i don't get bored. it's helped me and have been off the med for about 5 years. talk to your doctor about it

This could be a combination of depression, anxiety and panic disorders.
Get hooked up with a mental health clinic for a diagnosis and treatment.
