Is is okay for there to be high fructose corn syrup in whole wheat bread? Cause my bread at home has it in there. Can I still eat it?

I wouldn't throw it out but I also wouldn't buy anymore. check out some sprouted breads. they are much healthier, less processed and heartier

You could, but its not recommended. You should never really eat anything with high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oil (even partial) or trans fats in it.

FORGET WHOLE GRAIN BREAD

IT HAS ANTI NUTRIENTS AND IS NOT THAT GOOD IT IS ALL HYPE

IN FACT WHOLE GRAINS HAVE MORE ANTI NUTRIENTS THAN WHITE BREAD

AVOID WHOLE GRAINS OR LIMIT THEM

THEY WILL IMPAIR NUTRIENT ABSORPTION
