I am a musician who has been suffering from wrist and hand pain, probably because of playing my instrument for long periods of time. I suspect I may be on the verge of carpal tunnel syndrome. Is it true that acupuncture might alleviate most of my problems? Thanks in advance for your insight and for sharing your experiences on this matter.

Acupuncture can definitely help this problem. it will take several visits, not just one. I recommend you take longer rest periods between playing your musical instrument. You have to give the muscles a break From repetitive use.

this is an rather complication-loose internet site for touch punching injuries. One cardinal rule right this is: do not do something that makes it worse! in the event that they injury like hell than do not do it under the flawed concept it will cause them to more suitable. it somewhat is making them worse if it hurts them. i might recommend doing non-aggressive wrist roll with a rope and lightweight weight ( see under hyperlinks ) and comprise your punching to non-touch shadow boxing or punching in the pool ( water punching). the project is, touch will constantly injury your wrists till they heal. additionally, grip strengthers or squeeze balls will help strengthen the grip and wrists in a non-injurying way. it wont heal itself and you may desire to verify approximately it you may desire to finally end up deformed in later life
