A gender therapist will no longer assume you to be attentive to what to "ask for." Their interest is to evaluate your readiness for hormone clinical care, and write you a letter of advice, that then you definitely take to a physician or endocrinologist attentive to treating Transsexual human beings. Anti-androgens are a common part of any contra-hormone clinical care regime, and regularly incorporate a testosterone blocker (usually Spironolactone), and in many circumstances a DHT blocker (like finesteride.) The quantities and medicines would be desperate by the wellbeing care provider as quickly as they have given you an entire examination, taken your history and completed blood-artwork. you do no longer would desire to truly understand any of those issues. basically persist with the wellbeing care provider's training. so a good distance as outcomes, anti-androgens decrease (yet do no longer eliminate) the effect of testosterone, yet often do no longer make contributions to feminization to any great degree. you will probable lose some muscle, any male physique hair would fade in density, thickness and shade (different than for facial hair.) you additionally can see a help or cessation in male trend scalp hair loss. you will journey a discounted libido, and my locate it greater complicated to realize and look after erections. Estrogen is the regular potential of inducing feminization, and at the same time as this is a testosterone suppressor, this is lots greater useful while mixed with an anti-androgen, because of the fact the quantity of estrogen required is a great deal decreased, this is a lot greater straightforward on the liver.
