No, not even in Hawaii. I've been to a congregation in Oahu and they dressed the same as we do on the mainland.
I'm speaking about at the Kingdom Hall. Any other time is okay. I've worn one several times.

We do sometimes if its like a party for something but not for worship at our kingdom halls. Although they might at some Hawiian congregations i dont know.

Why not? only 144,000? of them are going to make it into heaven!
Doesn't that sound odd, they go around door knocking only to give themselves a slimmer chance of getting picked for the big one. Imagine converting somebody who then goes on to take up one of those valuable places in their heaven; robing them of their chance for election.
