Well if Jesus did say all of that, which "Tradition" is the false one?

Jesus said what He said already...and what He said is that there would be wheat and tares in the field. He knows those who are His. He isnt in a panic and He wont lose any that are His. Many of the so called "christian" groups you refer to are tare groups, they appear to look like wheat but once again, they arent tricking Jesus.

Hi Jill,
Your question is very well written, Thank you! HE wants NO division among HIS People. Children of GOD should read, study, and obey what is written in the Bible to the best of their ability. It is a continual process for us. Many want to follow what a group at a church are telling them rather than reading and studying on their own. One of the best things at the Non-Denominational Church that I attend is that our preachers tell our members what Book, Chapter, and Verse is being referenced and that we need to read, study, and obey GOD at every service we attend. We also have a mid-week Bible Study and several homes that we are doing Bible Studies in as well. I am very impressed that we are attending with this group of Christians. Satan is the cause of division, not our Lord JESUS or HIS FATHER. Our GOD has given us so many things over the years that I can not say enough about HIM. Have a wonderful day!
Thank you,
Eds, Christian Servant

Jesus many times asks questions. "Why are you arguing about silly things? Don't you know that it is my shed blood that has made you righteous?".

You mean the denominational division.

What is important is that Christs foundational truth is believed. Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. Jesus the Son of the Woman's seed. Sinless, He shed His blood for remission of our sins & raised from the dead for our justification.

Denominational differences is when man add extra rules, etc. and then there is some mans teaching that are actually of the devil. You would call them tares in the churches. The Good Seed is the bread from heaven.

Right now, communication between denominations is increasing, causing unity of the faith. We just need to let the Holy Spirit lead us & realize our righteousness isn't us being more right than another, but that Christ is our righteousness. We are made His Righteousness. No one in more righteous than another, from the one who is just born of God to the one who was born of God 10 years ago. They are both made the righteousness of Christ. And when God looks at us who are born of Him, and in the denomination we are in, God sees the righteousness of Christ.

I think everyone one needs to study & find out who they are in Christ. Then they can have victory in their life & not criticize others in other denominations or someone that isn't right enouph in their own judgment in their own Church denomination.

God tells us in His word this was going to happen.
So God has known from the beginning this was going to happen, and warns us about it in His word.
That is why we need to study and follow His word always.
Many fall away from the truth--and start making their own relegions, out of just a few verses....or out of what makes them feel good- they leave out a lot of what God says in the church, or they add to it.
That is why it is crucial to find a good bible teaching church, that does not stray from the truth. See 1 Timothy 1:2-4- and 1 Corinthians 11 speaks about divisions --there are other scriptures as well pertaining to this- about how we need to stick to sound doctrine, and not get caught up in wordly issues.

He would probably shake his head first. The Bible is the word or God. So since it is the words given from his Father through he and his disciples, He would probably ask if what is being taught is found in the Bible.

For a while, as and when the church apostised, the

TRUE

church went into the wilderness, and the Romanism slowly and then completly took over Romanism held sway over the heart and minds and lives of everyone she could.

BUT Oh glory!

Oh Glory to Jesus, we hail the bright day; and high on our banner salvation display. The midst of confusion are passing away.

These divisions came about as Romanism was loosing her power over the hearts and/or minds of people around the world. There was already a sharp division between the

TRUE

church, the one Romanism was literally trying to eliminate, but could not totally eliminate, and every other religion Romanism was trying to elimiate such as Mohammedanism or at best assemble under her rule. But as light

BEGAN

to emerge, much of what they had been taught was kept, even thought it was not Biblical.

And as these various groups became cemented into being, they began ceasing to seek truth or more light, and kept various teachings with which were taught, even thought they are not Biblical, along with the truth which they had already received from God.

It should be:

Let custom and teachings be dammed and the Word of God be accepted as truth. The Bible is suppose to be a church assemblies creed not man-made teachings, customs, and ideas as creed.

Denominationalism

SHOULD,

NOT,

BE,

a part of God' people;

BUT,

UNFORTUNATELY,

denominations exist.

He has already told us what he will do.

There are thousands of different churches in the world, but the Bible knows only one. Hear the inspired Apostle Paul: There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” (Ephesians 4:4-6).

Please notice that “there is one body.” That one body is the church. Please note that God “put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fulness of Him, who fills all in all” (Ephesians 1:22,23). If the church is the body and there is one body, that means there is only one church which is approved by God. If there is but one church, then no man has any right to start another one. In fact, none of the churches founded by men have the approval of God.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said: “Every plant, which My heavenly Father has not planted, will be uprooted” (Matthew 15:13).

My guess is he'd probably ask why so many follow sects that are based on teachings of a specific man ( or woman ) instead of trusting in the one original church he founded.

I can't judge what Jesus thinks, but to me I am upset that their is war between Protestants and Catholics going on still in Ireland. And that their are some Catholics(not all) that judge protestants in their beliefs. My only problem came from an Irish Catholic woman.

Jesus has already said something:
"YOU have made the word of God invalid because of YOUR tradition. YOU hypocrites, Isaiah aptly prophesied about YOU, when he said, ‘This people honors me with their lips, yet their heart is far removed from me. It is in vain that they keep worshiping me, because they teach commands of men as doctrines.’” Matthew 15:6-9
