Gif maker where you drag and drop?

I found a program the other day at school where you can save individual files which would be your frames for the gif as .gif and you can drag them into this program and click animate to make an animated gif, anyone know what it was? or of an program that's free that is jsut as easy to use but dosn't watermark my gif?
