I recently got a new piece I've been wanting for awhile, in a place I've been wanting, but strangely I didn't feel it was a part of me immediately like I did with my other three tattoos. I don't want to get rid of it, i just want to grow to really love it. Has anyone else felt this way?

encourage your friends to compliment that particular tattoo more. sounds stupid but it does not take much to swing it the other way.

Maybe it's like a song. You know those songs that you love the first time you hear it, but you get sick of really quickly. And then there are other songs that grow on you, and you love them for a long time to come.

why don't you love it? is there something about it that can be fixed or is it just because it's so new and different? is it more visible than the other ones? it was weird for me seeing my foot tattoos after i got them, being able to see them daily reminds me that they're there more often than the one on my back.
i hope you'll grow to love it!
