though lots of water will help clean your body out, if you intake lots of salt you will retain way more water. try drinking a couple glasses of gree tea and some water. gree tea, though it has tons of benifits, will dehydrate you a bit if you drink alot, so it will get rid of the bloat, but you still need the water so you dont get totaly depleated of fluid and you should be good.
