Is it a muscle, joint, or tendon sprain?
If your bulldog cannot put any weight on it, then I suggest going to the vet for xrays. It could be something broken or dislocated.
Otherwise, confine the pooch so she cannot injure herself further. In the first 24 hours after the injury, apply cold (ice) compresses to the area for 15 to 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a day. You can wrap the cold pack in a dish towel and secure it to the area with gauze or tape that doesn't stick to the fur. After 24 hours, swap to a moist, warm cloth 3 times a day for 15 to 30 over the next 2 to 3 days.
At potty time, walk her on a leash and no playing. It will take up to three weeks for the injury to heal properly depending on the severity of the sprain. If the injury is not allowed to heal, then it may become a problem later when it sets up as arthritis in the joint.
Unless she is in a lot of pain, I would not give her painkillers. It may encourage her to stand on the leg and injure it more since she is not able to feel the discomfort.

Take her to the vet to be sure that she hasn't broken anything. If she is putting weight on the foot and can walk on it, she may have sprained it. If that is the case soak the foot in hot water and add some Epsom salts, it is good for relieving sprains. Ensure that the water isn't too hot.

Ahh, poor thing. I would take her to the vet just to be on the safe side. They will probably give her some pain killers which should make her feel a lot better. My cat hurt her leg in a fight with another cat and she was really withdrawn and wouldn't eat. The vet gaver her pain killers and she was loads better almost straight away. It can be expensive but it's worth it to stop them being in any pain.

Take her to the vet you need it to be X-rayed so you know it's just a sprain. Also they could give her medication to help with the swelling and probably bandage it too.

Get the vet to check it. Could give pain killers if she is in pain, and may also consider anti-inflamatory injection/tablets. Rest is the only thing to help after that.

Poor little thing. I would say take to the vet, unless you are for certain you know what to do. I wouldn't take any chances with future damage, so I would take to the vet.
