I honestly didn't notice until he put on a uniform that fit him FINE last november. Apparently, he's gained 25 pounds since then. If anything, we have been eating much healthier lately. Is weight gain that fast normal? Or should he go to the Dr. ? A friend of his suggested that it could be a thyroid problem.

Depends....Has he been to see his doctor? He needs a physical to rule out cancers, and deiabetes and such. A sudden weight gain is not normal unless your woofing down 10 big macs aday and chasing them with extra large milkshakes. Get him to walking for 30 min daily. You have to burn some of the calories your taking in to lose wieght. Again I suggest he see his doctor to rule out all the negatives before beginning any diet or exercise regiment.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, and Medifast. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
