Ok here it is straight. there are many diet pills out there that will make you loose weight fast, the only problem is that ur gonna have to stay on em for the rest of ur life 'cause as soon as you stop u will gain it back fast. Starting now is the best thing you can do, this is a realistic goal in the time u have to do it. First off ur diet, make a diet journal to help you, try to eat fresh foods and count your calories. try to stay betwoon 100 and 200 cals a day I'm not gonna tell you to cut out any foods, just use portion control and chew slowly(this will not only let you savor the flavors, but u will get full sooner). also before going back for seconds wait 20mins u will feel satisfied. Now u should really watch what u drink, most people don't realize it but u get most of ur calories in a day from drinking sodas and even juice it is vbest to drink mainly water and , limit yourself to one glass of juice a day and 2 glasses of miulk. If u really must have soda drink diet, but no more than 2 cans a day. Now as far as exercise goes ur gonna need to get into a routine, not of specific excersises just of types. U need to co cardio at least 3 days a week start off slow but at least 20 miuns each session and make sure you increase your heart rate( eventulaay u should work up to about 30-40 mins each session, but no more just increase the intensity as your heart and lungs get stronger... if u cant fit a whole 20-40 min block of cardio in a session then u can break it up throughout the day but make sure each session is atleast 10 mins. U will also need to do stregnth training at least 2 days a week, but not at first wait till u get into a routine for at least a month. If u need additional help feel free to email me at nmw121781@yahoo.com(make sure to put personal traing in the sub so i dont delete it before reading it)

You need to make sure you do a variety of exercises. Strength training and cardio are both necessary for weight loss and cardiovascular health. Eat 6-8 small, healthy meals a day. Exercise preferably 1 hour a day 6-7 days a week. Don't jump in doing it that frequently, you may want to start off with every other day. Your best bet is to consult your physician first because you have so much weight to lose. It will be a rough ride, but if you are determined enough you can do it!

Depending on where you live - I live in Canada in a city where there are these clinics called "Dr. Bernstein's Health and Diet Clinics" This WORKS!!! I lost over 60 pounds in only 3 1/2 months! And have maintained my new weight for four months to date! It is rapid weight loss program that is medically supervised - you attend clinic three times a week and you are seen by registered nurses and see their physician once every two weeks - they keep a sharp eye on ya. It is a strict diet combined with vitamin B6/B12 injections and potassium and potent multi-vitamins. It is like a restricted diabetic diet - I was losing an average of 5 pounds a week for the first eight weeks! After that it dropped to an average of 4 pounds per week! It is the only program that I know of where something like 84% of their patients lose the weight and keep it off (unlike other weight loss programs where only 5% keep it off!)

This program is also awesome in that it is designed so that even physically handicapped folks can lose weight ( I have MS). You will lose 4-5 pounds a week without exercise!! They will tell you when you can start exercise and how much!!

The first three to four days is awful - you feel awful, but after those few days I felt the best I had felt in years!!!!! This doctor's program was a life saver for me - I highly recommend it!! After those first few days and you stick to the strict diet - you will NOT feel hungry nor will you experience food cravings - like I said, an aweome program if there is one close to you. The website shown below will show you where they have clinics.

The program is expensive, but lots of benefit insurance companies cover it AND its less expensive than Herbal Magic - I checked!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

To lose that much in such a short period soundsdangerous and unhealthy but it really isn't. The goal should be 3-4 pounds a week. Cut back on calories and fat, eat alot of fiber and drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. If you lose 3 pounds a week from now until Jan 2008 that is approx. 36 weeks and 36 weeks times 3 pounds is108 pounds which is your goal. You can do it. Add 30 minutes aday of physical activity ie-walking briskly or jogging 4 times a week and 2 days of stretching and strength training and you will be right where you should be.

If you can really be dedicated get a personal trainer for a couple weeks and than just repeat what they say. I wouldn't concentrate on losing the 100 lbs by 01/24/08. I would start with 10lbs in two weeks and start off slow because by going big you are setting yourself up to fail, but if you go for a smaller amount and try to reach that first it will be easier.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Well I used the Herbalife program and it worked for me it gives you max nutrition with min calories, I lost 35 lbs in 3 months and have kept it off. You will hear lots of neg. about the program but if you follow the program it works, feel free to email me and I would be happy to help you. One thing with herbalife if you do not have the right coach it will not work, you have to have someone who cares about you and not the money they will make for you. I do weekly suport group weigh-in and such free of charge for my customers.
