It helps give you energy to get through the rest of the day! Eat breakfast becuase if you don't, your body will be very hungry when you finally eat and then you'll just want to eat more food. if you eat breakfast and eat a small healthy snack before lunch and eat something in between lunch and supper. make sure its healthy and not tooo big!

First it gets your metabolism going for the day, keeps you from being hungry in mid morn and keeps your enegy up. It also allows you later in the day or at lunch to make better choices for your meal because your not in "starvation" mode and can choose healthier portions.

i went to a nutritionist the other day and she said how when you eat breakfast it kickstarts your metabolism and you lose weught.....also if you eat little meals throughout the day a breakfast and a dinner you will lose weight....dont really get that but it has helped

grapenuts cereal, with slices of banana in it, and a glass of orange juice! keeps me full until lunch time. :D
