I want to get a new set of pots and pans. I have heard that aluminum and the non-stick coatings are not good for you health wise, so I want to avoid these. Cost is not really an issue. I don't want to spend only a few bucks and get a real cheap set. Also, I want a set where the handles don't get hot and you have to use a pot holder to handle them. Thanks in advance!

Get the Calphalon One Infused Anodized Surface pots and pans. This looks to be what you may be looking for. I've had mine for 3 years now and wouldn't trade them for anything else.

i use Pampered Chef pots and pans, they are great.
my consultant did an interesting test to show us how well the pans work, she put an ice cube in a pan and after like 5 minutes the ice cube had completely melted. so you can defrost your meat in your pan without having to pull it out the night before. they can even be used in the oven as well.

I purchased a set of Wolfgang Pucks stainless steel cookware.
The price was right and they are the absolute best for cooking.
