It's compulsory to go through a manual dexterity test to be admitted to this dental school and i was wondering what to expect? it's 3 hours long.. and what attire is appropriate for this test? formal or casual? thanks.. it'll be a great help..

I'm not sure of the particular format of "your" test but manual dexterity tests are to judge your coordination with your hands using tools or small instruments,the one I have taken also tested problem solving.
Casual or formal is going to be up to them...I would assume you should wear clothing that closely resembles (in the way it is made) the clothing you'd be wearing performing your job.I would go for something with loose (not too loose or flowing) but just loose fitting sleeves.You will need to be able to move your arms freely,but you don't want your sleeves getting in the way of whatever your going to be trying to do.Good luck.

This how well you can use your hands to work. Basically, I would say it like Baton Twirling, how you can hold a Dental Tool and move it in one hand to position.
I would dress casual and comfortable. Also, take into consideration fit. You may not want real loose hanging clothes, but, you not want tight fitting either. Actually a short sleeve or at least something that not down around your hands.
