If your kitten is being treated for the coccidia, that will probably prevent reinfection in any case.
The laundry soap in the washer will probably kill anything that's on blankets, etc. that the kitten may have touched. The dryer will kill anything because of heat. Still, I'd wash things the cat touched separate of other clothing. Just an added precaution, even if it's not necessary.

When my two rescued kittens were suffering from coccidia, my vet told me to wash their bedding etc separately, in VERY hot water, and to disinfect all surfaces, floors, sandboxes etc, so as to prevent the recurrence. I had other cats as well, and I simply made sure the infected kittens were fed separately, and had their own sandboxes, away from the others. They both recovered well, although even at the age of 6 years, are still very small cats. A result my vet says, of the coccidia infection, which very nearly cost them their lives.

Coccidia lives mainly in animal feces. If you wash the pet's bedding in hot water and detergent, it should be okay. It cannot live in the washer or on clothes. It is not transmitted from pet to human, only through animals.
Your Vet may have a medicine that it can give that will inhibit the worm from reproducing. Ask him or her.

Urgh, coccidia! If you are diligent in keeping everything clean, then you should be okay.
1. Kitty should be on medication from vet (probably a sulfa drug)
2. Sterilize enclosure with bleach water, then rinse with very hot water (I use boiling water)
3. Wash blankets and such separately with very hot bleach water.
