i really don't care about health, i'm just sick of being fat!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

lol Hey, at least you're being honest. Start out drinking plenty of water before you eat, and buy a home excercise video. They have a lot of great ones that are fun and easy. There's Pilates, Yoga, Striptease but make sure it has cardio in it because that's what's really going to help you burn calories. It won't be an instant thing but when you've been doing it 2 weeks- a month you will definatly notice the inches you have lost and will be motivated to keep it up. Try substituting sauces and salad dressings... examples: mustard instead of mayo, lite ranch or fat free ranch instead of reg. ranch, just those simple things. Also they say eating spicy foods helps with weight loss and helps your appetite.. good luck!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. there is no guarantee that this will be a fast solution for your weight problem but it will sure help. all it takes is discipline. still eat your meals but at smaller portions. eat slowly and chew your food well because its been proven that a person will feel full after 25 mins. after eating, you should not lie down, its better to do something after resting for a while; like fixing your room and other stuff. avoid sweets but after a week, reward yourself with food you really like to eat so that you dont get tempted and engorge yourself. do not eat dinner beyong 6 pm because metabolism is slower at night. in the morning, its better to do little exercises like jumping jacks and stretching for at least 10 mins, because it will make your metabolism go faster. do sit ups and playing with hula hoops is a great way to lose weight and still have fun.

do situps annd jog around the park or by your home but if you want to sign up for a program check out a place called bally fitness i went ther last week and i lost 7 pounds imagine how much you can lose or a get a dvd called taboe with billy banks that works a lot on meb theygot one for strength,abs,and kicks and many more.......

excericse programs from video or whatever. if you have cable or whatever, try watch FitTV. tons of exericse programs and including yoga. :) I am too start working out at home... I lost 15 bls now almost a week or two total. don't give up.

you and me both! im getting a lot of motivation and basically having everyone watch me like a hawk so i dont start eating junk food. other than that im just doing crunches every morning, i started on monday and i already lost 2 lbs, let me know if you find out a better way!
