For a little while now, i've been carrying around about 10-15 extra pounds of unwanted fat. I jog approximately 30-45 minutes 5 days a week, and do various exercises throughout the day, but the fat is still there, and I see NO improvement. I purchased liquid Clenbuterol (30ml 200mcg/ml) and am wondering exactly how a woman should use it. Heard a lot on men, but not necessarily women. I already know the side effects, and all of that jazz, I want to know how to use it for my body type, and being a woman. I'm 5'6, and 140 pounds. Any help?
