For a little while now, i've been carrying around about 10-15 extra pounds of unwanted fat. I jog approximately 30-45 minutes 5 days a week, and do various exercises throughout the day, but the fat is still there, and I see NO improvement. I purchased liquid Clenbuterol (30ml 200mcg/ml) and am wondering exactly how a woman should use it. Heard a lot on men, but not necessarily women. I already know the side effects, and all of that jazz, I want to know how to use it for my body type, and being a woman. I'm 5'6, and 140 pounds. Any help?

if you are getting almost 1 hour of exercise daily and not seeing weight loss the problem lies in your diet. either you are not getting sufficient calories or not consuming enough of the right foods. clen is pretty mild, it's good for about a 5% increase in the metabolic rate but is only effective when combined with the right diet. I would take no more than 75 mcg daily. you can run that for several months or use the clen for 2 weeks and an ECA stack for 2 weeks and repeat. it can be a very effective combination

I would say it depends. I am taking pill form now. I am 5'7" and 130 pounds. At a max of 80 mcgs a day for the first 11 days, i did not notice anything. However during my 12th day, I took a good look at myself and noticed that parts felt better than they did the week before. I have read to only take 80mcg a day. However that made me sleepy. When I upped it 100/day, I am no longer drowsy. I exercise 6 days a week and am very fit to begin with. I have no jitters/insomnia.

I've been using clenbuterol for the last 4 weeks and have not had any results!!! I am currently winging myself off so that I won't have the "crash" effect. I don't think I'll try it again. I just heard about phentermine and will try it soon. Good luck.
